Her soft hands moved gently on the wild stallions neck. She talked softly to him. Her mind wandered. She would let the stallion have freedom but he must get better first. She knew the desert would be cold soon. So she kissed the horse gently and ran to get a blanket for herself. When she returned she held it out for the stallion to sniff so it wouldn't frighten him.
