As he continued to rinse the mare, he ran the cold water willingly over her legs, and then back over her whole body, to insure that she was wet enough. At the sound of clodding hooves, he gave a sigh, but as if it was almost out of relief. Yes, he wanted to talk to Jakki, and oh yes he wanted to do oh so much more, but it was hard for him to talk to her, when she totally hated him. The sad fact about it was that she had always been that way, and she had warned him that she wouldn't, couldn't, commit to anyone person. Eventhough he knew damn well that he could, and would if he ever found the right person. But at this moment in time, she hated every piece of him, and no matter what he did seemed to make her hate him even more. But, he was attracted to her in every way imaginable, she was smart, sexy, and even when she was mad, she was so damn cute that he couldn't stand it. So he decided to put himself out there, only on the inside knowing she would slam it right back in his face. A slight glance was given towards her, before shutting off the water, and picking up the sweat scraper, and then quickly running it over the mare's wet coat. Looking towards her once again, he opened his mouth to speak, but then decided against it, and shifted his gaze from her, beating himself up inside. Why the hell do I get so nervous around her, it shouldn't be that was, damnit. This he thought to himself as he moved to her other side, sqeeging off that side. Luke then quickly untied the mare, before glancing back to Jakki, deciding that he could finally say something. "I see that your doing better?... He paused for a moment, before turning and completly facing her, Peytona to his side. His fingers fidgitted with the lead rope, as he glanced towards the ground, then towards her once again. "If you need me too..I'll rinse your mare off...If..you..don't..Never mind.." His heart raced out of control, before he gave her a weak, almost embarrised smile. Deciding that he should get out of her way, before she hauled off and just plain ran over him. Nodding his head towards her, "sorry.."
