Contentedly returning the nuzzle with a light one of his own, he proceeds to nibble on her mane as she rubs her head against his nape. Some of his haughty spirit returning, he eyes Carlos with a suspicious glare whilst releasing a low snort, but again, lets the man do his work without disturbance. Besides, he had food with him. Mug lowered to his water bucket, he sniffs at the clear surface of the liquid as if testing for poison. A conclusion reached that it smelled, looked and seemed safe, therefore it must be alright to drink, he takes a quick slurp before shifting his attention to the hay. Auds flickering at the sound of her munching, he extends his nape to warily reach towards it. Firmly gripping at a mouthful of hay, he jerks it away from the bundle by bobbing his head up and down. That done, he lips it out of his mouth right into his water bucket in order to make �soup.� Whipcord dancing behind him with tranquil bliss, he swirls the hay around in the water by poking at it with his muzzle. About to lift out the hay, he ends up getting water up his nose and goes into a coughing fit, tossing his crania around and flaring his nares in an attempt to rid himself of the sting.
