When & how did you know about Yuzu? well, the first time i heard about them was back in 1999, when i saw a clip of their 'Sentimental' video on TV (it was some Japanese news magazine thing). but i didn't actually start liking them until recently, after seeing them perform live on Kouhaku 03-04. they were... amazing. *_* 3. Which song immediately comes to mind when you think of them? Sentimental. 4. State your preference ratio between the 2 members (eg: Yujin 6:4 Koji). Yujin 6:4 Koji. 5. What's your personal review on Yujin? Talented, cute, passionate, artistic, funny. 6. What's your personal review on Koji? Talented, cute in his shy/quiet way, love his voice. 7. How would you address them if you ever meet them? (eg Yujin! Ka-chan!) Yujin! Koji-san! 8. What is your top 5 Yuzu songs (in order)? hmm... at this particular moment: Ao, Tsukikage, Sentimental, Itsuka, Furari. 9. What are your favourite songs based on lyrics (excluding qn. 8)? Aa seishun no hibi, Tomodachi no uta. 10. What are your favourite songs based on music composition (excluding qn. 8)? Natsu iro, Mata aeru hi made, Kimi wa Tokyo, Chikagai. 11. What are your favourite songs based on musical arrangement (excluding qn. 8)? Sumire. 12. Which is your favourite part of a Yuzu song? hm... i really like that one part in 'Chikagai' where Yujin goes 'datte sore wa anata ga suki dakara'. and i like the intro & ending to 'Aa seishun no hibi'... the end of 'Kokoro no mama ni' is also really good, when Koji goes crazy on his harmonica... 13. Which song(s) makes you feel sad or sentimental? Eki, Karappo. 14. Which song(s) do you find most interesting? Furari. 15. Which song(s) do you honestly dislike? Some of the tracks in Tobira and Yuzumoa... 16. Which song(s) do you feel nothing at first, but then grew to like it? Kininaruki... i watched their live performance of it from the Tobira Tour and that got me into the song. =) 17. Which song(s) are you starting to grow tired of? Tobenai tori... 18. Which song(s) (that features Yuzu unplugged) should be spiced up with some musical arrangements? none of them! =) 19. Which song(s) has too heavy musical arrangements and should be best left unplugged? Tegami - i agree with Lemon-chan. 20. Which non-cover tracks (coupling songs including) deserves to be recognised as title tracks? Shihatsu ressha. 21. Which unreleased Yuzu track have you heard before? not sure of their names... 22. Find any parts of a song hard to understand or bizarre? not really. 23. Which one song will you choose to bring on a deserted island for a month? i don't know about any one song, but if i could bring a CD, i would definitely bring Sumire the album. =) 24. Which song(s) makes you think back on personal experiences? Aa seishun no hibi. 25. Which song will be the first track you will feature in the 'My Favourites' on an MD player? Natsu iro. 26. And the second track? Ao. 27. The ending track? Mata aeru hi made. 28. Which Yuzu song will you not miss in a karaoke session? Mata aeru hi made, Natsu iro. 29. Whose singing part(Yujin/Koji) would you prefer to take in a karaoke session? Yujin's, so i can yell and be out of tune. =) besides, some of Koji's parts are way too high for me haha... 30. Which song makes you feel good inside when singing it? Mata aeru hi made, Tomodachi no uta, Natsu iro, 3 count. 31. Which song do you feel not worth singing? Again 2. 32. Which song are you never able to sing properly? Again 2. 33. When would you listen to Yuzu's music? everywhere - walking to class, in my room, in the car, studying (or rather, when i'm *supposed* to be studying haha...) 34. Which song would you always sing along to when you hear it? Ao, Sumire, Mata aeru hi made, Shiawase no tobira. 35. Which ringtone would you like most on your mobile? Do you have a Yuzu ringtone currently? I'd like Ao, Mata aeru hi made, or Sumire. 36. Which CD do you like most? Sumire (the album), Yuzu en, and Mata aeru hi made the single. 37. Which CD jacket sleeve do you fancy most? Mata aeru hi made, 3 count, Sanbansen. As for the design on the CD itself, i really like Sumire (the album), with all the cute doodles. =) 38. Which DVD do you like most? Sumire Live Films. 39. Which music video do you like most? And which part? pbly 'Sentimental', the part where they're driving around. but 'Koi no kayoubi' is a close second... i guess i like the part where Koji "slaps" Yujin haha. 40. Which unvideoed song do you wish most to be made into a music video? Furari! that would be cute. 41. Any Yuzu books or goods that you possess? um... a poster, some magazines. that's about it. 42. Any goods which you greatly desire? yuzushi. and that huge yuzuman that they showed in the 'Smile' video... 43 Any goods you don't think it's worth the money (and effort)? "Bootleg items and CDs." ditto. 44. Have you joined the official club? If yes, since when? No, but i wish i could. 45. Any dissatisfaction with the club? -- 46. Which other character (besides Yuzuman) in the Yuzu Family do you like? all of them! 47. Which do you think is the best live event of Yuzu's (DVD-wise)? Sumire Tour... but i also like a lot of their live events that have not been released on DVDs, like Kouhaku, Shiawase Hakushu Utagassen 03-04, etc. 48. Have you been to any Yuzu concerts? If yes, how do you usually obtain the tickets? No. 49. Which musician in the Orion (the band that accompanies Yuzu in live events) catches your eye the most? Mickey (is that his name?) - the guy who plays the accordion thing. 50. Which song do you think should be indispensible in a Yuzu concert? Natsu iro. 51. What would you bring on a Yuzu concert trip (never mind if you've never been to one)? Binoculars, camera, maybe a CD or something in case it's my lucky day and they feel like signing autographs lol... 52. Would you prefer a Yuzu concert unplugged or with a live band? Unplugged. 53. Any instruments you have taken up or started to like, following the influences of Yuzu? hahaha... i got a crescent-shaped tambourine so i could imitate Yujin. and i also have a harmonica and a pianica (had them long before i got into yuzu though, heh heh). i've also started to like the acoustic guitar more because of yuzu. 54. Have you gained an interest watching street musicians or buskers? there aren't that many in Southern Cal... maybe if i go to Hollywood haha. 55. If you were to busk for a day, what Yuzu song will you pick to sing on the streets? Nou, Chikagai. 56. Have you heard Yuzu's peformances on the streets before? If yes, which songs? No. 57. If Yuzu arrives to town, are you the type to yell for them to 'look this way' to gain their attention? No... I believe in subtlety. =) 58. What songs would you would love to hear Yuzu sing 'live' Chikagai, Sumire. 59. Any other artistes that you like besides Yuzu? Weezer, Incubus, Shiina Ringo, Mr.Children, Glay (old Glay), old Laruku. 60. Any other artistes that remind you of Yuzu? "No one is like Yuzu." i second that, Lemon-chan! 61. If there could be an addition to Yuzu, which artiste would it be? "Three's a crowd." i agree. 62. Any Yuzu-related sites being bookmarked? this incredibly awesome one, the official site (kawaii desu ne...), Toy's Factory, and a bunch of random fansites. 63. How would you describe the official & fansites of Yuzu Dedicated. 64. Where & how do you obtain information of Yuzu? online, magazines. 65. How often do you check out Yuzu updates? From where? whenever i feel like it, i guess. mainly from fansites. 66. Know of and participated in any other Yuzu-related fanclubs? No. 67. What Yuzu-related icons, wallpaper, screensavers or midis are on your computer? i have a lot of icons that i use for my deadjournal, AIM, etc. 68. What do you usually do if you discovered there are Yuzu articles in magazines? i'd buy it, depending on the actual number of pages featuring yuzu... 69. What Yuzu stuff are decorating your room or room walls? haven't had time to put up much, but i have a few magazine cut-outs pinned up... 70. During which period did you like Yujin's hairstyle the most? the one he has right now!! i think it suits him beautifully. =) i hope he keeps it, but knowing him, he'll pbly change it within a few months... =( 71. During which period did you like Koji's hairstyle the most? '3 count' period. 72. What sort of styling or apparel do you think best suits Yujin? something similar to what he wore at Kouhaku - overcoat, jeans. oh, i must also point out that Yujin looked pretty kakkoi all dressed up in the 'Aa seishun no hibi' video. didn't like the hair though lol. 73. What sort of styling or apparel do you think best suits Koji? something similar to what he wore in the '3 count' video. 74. What color best represents Yujin? Red. 75. What color best represents Koji? Which one song would you reccomend to a person who has never heard Yuzu's music before? Sentimental. it defines yuzu! =) 88. How would you react if you heard the news that Yuzu is disbanding? it won't happen so i'd rather not think about it. =) 89. Did any pleasant things happen with liking Yuzu? i became a happier person! and my CD collection grew significantly. 90. Did any unpleasant things happened with liking Yuzu? "The unpleasant feeling of having to save up to buy their stuff." hahaha! 91. Which of the two members would you like to be classmates with? Both! 92. Which of the two would you pick to partner with you in a duet? Why? i can't choose... 93. What's the wildest thing you would do to get to meet up with Yuzu personally? get a job as one of their stage crew people? or join Yujin's basketball club haha... 94. If you had a banner/ car decal to welcome or support Yuzu, what would it say? 'California loves yuzu'? haha i don't know 95. What would you say to Yujin if you met him? "hi! you're still single, right?" hahaha jk... i would pbly just say hi, shake his hand, and tell him to keep his current hairdo lol. 96. What would you say to Koji if you met him? "hi, i love your music!" 97. What would you say to Teraoka Yohito (their producer) if you met him? "do you still want your job? if not, i would love to take your place and work with yuzu on a daily basis..." ok, no. actually i would say "hi, i think you're really cool, keep working with yuzu to produce good music!" 98. Describe in a sentence what you think Yuzu is all about. having fun and sharing their love of music with others. 99. From a rating of 1 to 100, how much are you devoted to Yuzu? 100!! 100.
