Subject: 雖然有啲PSM盡忠職守明事理，但部分已經進化到連 fund chop 都交俾 PO/SPO 自己攪掂，密碼交俾 contractors 或 PO/SPO 處理各事項如伸請XP 和 寫contractor performance，他們的劣行直接加重員工壓力，但又受制於評核報告不得不做，反而他們就種花養魚睇股票，希望工會反映。
