I thought I would pass this on to save you some time and trouble. When you start getting $1 payments, you will get an email from paypal saying that you account is frozen. I am telling you this because I started the same opportunity about 2 months ago and got in trouble. The letter you are sending is illegal. I am sorry to tell you, but it is true.
You are not providing a service and paypal rules do not allow this. However, there is a legal way that is approved by paypal and you can generate the same cash flow.
