Date Posted: 10:57:13 06/15/03 Sun In reply to: Chiba Mononoke 's message, "Re: ~*~*approaching*~*~" on 10:35:40 06/15/03 Sun ~*~*you paused for a moment and watched it closely before it moved again. the head which had been closest to you, the lion, was very obviously dead, as were the feline portions of its body. its legs, other head, and tail still worked, they just could not get up or do anything. the goat roared (which you decided later was kind of hilarious) and bucked its head back into a wall, ready to destroy anything within its reach. you were about to commence another attack with the 'fatal head stabby' and such when something else happened. you jumped back on instinct when the beast rolled towards you with a furious screach, but had to jump back again when it made another advance along the ground. granted, this thing WAS an idiot, but when it came to battle tactics it seemed to have some form of plan- probably. he kept pushing you back, until you finally hit the far wall, then realized what it was doing. too late for some people, though, as it began its revenge. the creature was on its back, so the goats head was closer now, and ready to exact its revenge to the best of its feble ability. it lashed out at the people nearest to it, which caused them to naturally jump the other way- which was yet another mistake on your part. jumping the other way brought you within range of the serpent that made up the tail, which lashed out as soon as it was able. it bit, before you could get out of the way; Dark, Psyke, Duo, Heero, Wufei, Kyo, Alex, Scion, Jaquelin and had somehow clipped Erian's wing. it had also attempted to eat T'Nar, Ya'Rhea, Vree and Aya, but had not been able to reach them. you scurried past it to the other side of the room, then watched it spin its self around so that the lions head was closest to you again. all those who had been bitten began to feel the effects right away, a nausiating and light headed feeling. not pleasant, not in the least. the creature began to roll again, but had a long way to go before it got to you- for you had decided against making the same mistake twice, and were already at the other wall.*~*~ [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
