She looked at the floor as he spoke, shaking her head ever so slightly. Her hair, loose around her face, fell as she stared at the floor. A deep sigh ran through her, as she listened to him, thinking the whole time, why couldn't he get a clue. But as to be polite, she raised her head, her eyes not distrustful. She didn't ever trust people, nor did she distrust them. She held somewhere in between, always leaving herself a way back out, and always a way in deeper. Her eyes at the moment, turned to jade stones, her face smooth. She gave a smile, not all the way a true smile, yet neither was it fake. She spoke. "My burdened heart is my own. I do not speak of it." After a second, she said, "Or wish to. But as you say that, I beleive you have one too, do you not? I am a better listener than a speaker." She said, reversing his offer. Turning, she strode to a table, her movement as usual graceful. Pulling out a chair, she sat, crossing her legs under her gown, placing her hands in lap. Green eyes gazed to his. "Care to sit?" She said politely, wondering why she was even doing this.
