Yea, like Dess said...I have experience in Seb. Some nightmares too, lol, but its all part of the fun. I have maps to the entire place and know a good portion of the first lvl by heart. As for the Tolan's Bracer, it is dropped from Brogg in the laboratory just past "Disco One". I think throwing in a whole guild raid on this place would be pretty hazardous considering it is all close-quarters combat. The respawn rate is rediculously quick, and its very easy to get lost. However, get yourself a very good single or double grp of 50+ (55 reccommended) and you should be ok. A chanter, cleric, and a snarer is REQUIRED. Don't even attempt this without them. Lots of casters, easy adds, and mobs are usually SOWed. One screw up on snare will end your party FAST. As for City of Mist, I have done many epics here, including the Black Reavers about 3 times. I'm not sure where the Jade Reaver drops off-hand, but CoM can be done with a full-sized raid of 46+. There is a lot more room here to have many peeps in one area. Anyway, my 2 cents, hehe.
