Subject: Time to step up to the plate

As the guild grows, it makes sense that it will move from a small friend type group into more of a organizational group. There will be many times that you do a /w guild and you may not recognize the names. Such is the price of expansion and growth.

My big issue is that even though we are bigger, we must not lose the desire to help each other as we did when we were smaller. An example: This Sunday I believe.... Nan was on as Hellforge and was doing a quest for the iskar illusion spell. I saw repeatedly requests from him for assistance in the form of a tracker. I cant be 100% sure if he did or did not eventually get help but it definately wasnt in a timely manner if so. This is in regards to the one person who has been EXTREMELY generous with his time online with Nan. I have seen him log whatever character he is playing in a heartbeat to run all over the place to rez a guildmate or a FRIEND of a guildmate. How is this repaid?

This is unacceptable and rude. I understand we all get busy sometimes and get doing things we really would like to do but we need to start putting the guild first. All the successful guilds adhere to this principal. When you are called, you come. Period. If not, /disband from the guild and be on your own if you dont want to help others. A guild is about working as a Team and taking care of each other the best you can. Not simply as an engine when YOU need something done that YOU cant do on your own.
