HBSA Boerboel Florida Clinic Update
Once again, I would like to thank all of you who have expressed an interest in the upcoming HBSA Boerboel Clinics. From all of us at the HBSA, Thank You. PLEASE NOTE: As we have said previously, it is the HBSA's goal to have a Fun, Educational event. In the course of having fun we all need to keep safety in mind. It is with safety in mind that I present the following.
1) When your dog is not contained, (crated, in your vehicle, etc), they should be on lead.
2) When you and your dog wants to meet a new dog, do not assume the new dog wants to meet you. Inquire of the human connected to the dog what they think of the meeting. Be prepared for the unexpected. New dogs in new places can act in a new way.
3) KEEP THIS IN MIND; As well as outdoor activities, there will be indoor class time also. You will need to be able to crate or contain you dog while indoors.
We want to provide a fun and educationional, but above all, we want to have a safe event. All of us at the HBSA are looking forward to meeting a lot of new people and Boerboels. Once again, thanks to all of you.
