Dear Wicket, Christina and CCheryl,

My stitches are removed! Yes. Hurt a little, just a tiny whiny bit. Now the feeling of thread cutting against my gums is gone! But the tightness is still there. The dentist says I should do jaw exercises... hmm... let's see... open mouth, close mouth...

I'm given another bottle of mouth wash, Oral B. Tastes rather good after rinsing :) And there's this neat syringe that I have to use to reach the 2 little depressions left by my long-gone teeth, and wash them with a little water pressure. Those depressions are now food traps.

I plan to rest a few more days before I return to the Uni lab for project work, but seems I might have to return tomorrow, because my project partner hasn't been attending meetings! Sigh. I thought I could count on her to fill me in with details later on, but she's even more occupied with holiday camps than I am with my dental operation.

Nevertheless, I am glad I don't have to take anymore medicine and go for anymore appointments. Now my only worry is the brushing and tightness. :D The latter makes me tired after eating or speaking for too long!

Ok, I shall end my dental adventure here! Thanks for all your nice messages and cheering on!
