Can a dance teacher tell a dancer they can move to the next level in all their dances at an upcoming feis even though they didn't get 1st in all in all the dances except for maybe 1 of them? I don't think it is fair to the others this dancer is competing against as they had to work hard to move up a level. Is this allowed???

Hey anyone else get their solo results from the West Coast feis I did! I got a 1 in hardshoe and 3 in soft! Fun Fun! What did you all get?

There are some good posts here but I forget to check it most of the time.

hi, i was wondering if any of you had advice on blisters. i never really get them, although i have been dancing for almost nine years. i just got a new pair of hardshoes to break in before nationals and i have a nasty little buggar on my heel. i need something that won't slip off with my sweaty feet, too. i know that sounds so nasty but that's the truth. any advice is appreciated. thanks.

For a comment once on my judges sheet it said a shade stiff on execution what exactly is that supposed to mean? I was stuff through out my dance?
