Well, we spent a very quiet Family Day this year, as our daughter had to work. We practised 'mindfulness' by colouring from our adult colouring pages. Apparently it's all the rage, and supposedly, very relaxing. However, it gave me a really stiff hand and sore shoulder! lol Guess I am too old for colouring! Also made a nice dinner, and appreciated our kids and grandkids in pictures...lol
