Hello long since I have been here. It has not been an easier winter. Our province had 14 feet of snow this winter. Bitterly cold temperatures etc. On April 01st we had a storm of snow and freezing rain A good portion of the Island was with out power for days.

Personally it has been a rough time loosing my aunt was difficult. She was a wonderful lady. I miss her everyday. I talked to our minister afterwards that he says for all the funerals for people as old as she was 94 he never saw such a large crowd. Another stated that usually people are not emotional at funerals for people of her age. She was surprised that there were so many people crying at the loss. My aunt had a heart of gold she was well loved by all her nieces and nephews. At the home the attendants told me for a woman who had no kids she certainly had a lot of visitors Actually they said she was one of the most visited people in the home. Near the end she was not happy she had said to our minister she thought God forgot her. The last couple weeks were not easy for her. She went down hill pretty fast. She would try to talk and could not. It was heartbreaking. At her funeral there was well over 150 people including 3 Senators. My Aunt had a great sense of humor She was always had great comeback. At the funeral it was noted that all of her nieces and nephews were in attendance that lived her except He had car trouble/ Our minister had a wonderful message and it was very comforting. I miss her so much. I miss going to see her on Sundays. Any way I will try post more often. Take care
