I've never been to the south of France but your descriptions are wonderful. It adds so much to a story when the scene is well set.

I enjoyed your take on the pregnant-Nikita idea. So many people have done it so badly, but your explorations of both their reactions were revealing, interesting, moving and not at all cheesy!

Character comments: I loved your Mick/Jones. His banter was perfect and I laughed out loud. You are brave to write Michael in the first person - I've never had the guts to try.

Overall - a very good read, thanks!
