Whatever the closest track in your area is, find out the rules and just go for it. Tracks usually post their requirements on their web sites. You'll need a few runs to figure out where you are at, then adjust from there (swingarm, gearing, lowering, etc). You'll find that most people at the track are naturally aspirated and will not be in a hurry to race with you having bottle on your bike. Have fun and leaving the racing to the track and off of the streets.
