 Hey Russ, Here is the latest info that I was telling you about today.
Directly from the NED racer update May 9 2001:
Because there is a lack of available equipment for motorcycles,the current muffler rule outlined in 2001 New England Dragway handbook is amended. All Motorcycles Eliminator and Top Bike Eliminator entries will be required to have mufflers in 2003. This changes the requirement for all Motorcycles Eliminator entries to have mufflers in 2002.
