Subject: Event from thursday night of undead that attacked brit

this was posted on stratics well writen account of what happen that night pluse my name was in it too hehe

There was a shard wide message saying The Royal Mage Clainin needed volunteers to head to the throne room at Castle British.

The Mage Clainin greeted us at the castle and took us on a tour of the shrines Virtues that Lord Arathen Wudrin follows. The purpose of this was to further enhance or sanctify the cure to heal Lord Wudrin. At the shrines the Royal Mage chanted the Mantras for each virtue.

We were then gated to the Chamber of Virtues on the East side of Britannia.
.
The Mage sent the Guards to the castle to bring Lord Arathen Wudrin to the Chamber of Virtues for the cure.

The castle is a large place, but Lord Wudrin was found by our Lady Tiffany Case rather quickly. Tiffany was alone in the room with Lord Arathen.
She was baffled and in shock at first, because our poor sick Lord Arathen thought she was his mother. He looked very frail and his complexion looked a pale green color.
She spoke to him gently and said " All will be well Milord, come with me to Clainin" She helped him out of his bed and helped him out of the castle towards the Chamber of Virtues.
A large crowd then showed up and helped him to the shrine as he stumbled in pain and confusion along the rock path.
When he arrived, the Royal Mage Clainin administerd the cure and cast a few healing spells to hasten it.
On the second casting, what I feel was a noxious gas krept from Lord Arathen Wudrin and a swarm of foul deamons sprang forth. These undead creatures attacked in force led by a dark rider on a skeletal horse. Many a Knight fell to the undead, but healers were on hand to resurrect and heal as the battle raged. The Royal Mage and Lord Wudrin were not hurt or injured.
The Royal Guard made sure of that.
At this point I would like to thank:
Lord Lew, Lord Haakon, Sir Robert and the Great Dodo, Sir Razauor, Arilyn Moonblade, Lord Aldon ll, Lady Piper, Lady Mekere, Mondark Luna, Lady Christine, Dol'gorath, Locke, Lady Violet, BlueEyeddragon, Sir Thomas, Lord Zacharius and all those who served in this part, as we would not have prevailed otherwise.
As the final blow fell on the wicked leader Neira of this undead orgy, a massive fireworks and explosion display with much gold spewed into the air.

"FOR HONOR!" Sir Robert launched himself into the fray, hacking with his blade at every undead he saw, but he knew that as long as Neira existed there would be no end to them. His chainmail torn and his cloak ripped he returned to a quiet corner, to heal himself and to write a quick note on a page he had ripped out of a book. "Undeads in Britain!" he wrote, handing the note to his Dodo companion, telling the small blue grey bird to bring that to every Knight of Sosaria he could find. With a quiet "wark" the bird hopped off the tricorne hat of his human companion and vanished around the corner.

The Nights Events from an Assassins point of View:
I took note of the strange movements to and from the castle this night from my vantage point in the shadows. My curosity getting the better of me I stealthed along behind the masses, not wishing to draw attention to myself. Obviously I had missed some meeting of importance, and so I followed as the crowd moved to the Chamber of Virtues on the East side of Britannia, determined to see what was afoot.
There my hidden eyes did spot a very sick Lord Arathen. I assumed it was time for some healing ritual to begin upon him, as he has been sick for many a day now. I watched as the Mage Clainin did weave his magics, speaking the mantras of the shrines, though no sooner did he finish the ceremony was disrupted by the Evil Neira and her Undead Forces.
Though the battles of good and evil usually do not stir me to movement, I that Lady Fate had tipped her hat at me today, so I hugged the shadow and made my way towards the foul woman, where I prompty dug my kryss into her back. Obviously she did not care for this as a volly of undead did spring forth from her cries and I was forced to retreat and tend my wounds.
By then though a fine group of able bodied warriors had laid eyes upon the threat and was upon her, and so I continuted my silent attack, weaving in and out, landing blow after blow. Slowly her life force began to drain, at the cost though of many a fine warrior. She shreaked and howled, and attempted to teleport away on many occasions, only to find herself at the end of another sword.
Finally the wretched heathen was brought to her knees, and in a fabulous display of magics unknown to me.... gold did rain from the sky.
I of course, hidden away, did aquire my "fair" share *chuckles*.
A report from the pen of Arilyn Moonblade, Grandmaster Assassin

Neira the Necromancer is the Champion of the Unholy Terror Spawn. She will spawn, riding on an Undead Nightmare, once enough of her undead minions have been killed.

As Neira's health gets lower she will begin to run faster, trying to avoid her attackers. While she is running around she will also drop "unholy bones" on the ground, these bones will after a short while turn into a random undead creature.
The bones can be destroyed with a bladed item, like a dagger, before they turn into something more dangerous.
She will also throw the bones at her attackers to harm them directly.

When Neira is killed in Felucca, a Scroll of Power will be placed in the backpack of some of the players who damaged her. On her corpse you can find a "Skull of Death", which is one of the six skulls needed to summon the Harrower.

Once Neira is killed the Undead Nightmare will disappear, so you cannot kill her and then tame it for yourself. You can also not use a bola to dismount Neira from the mount.
Neira's clothes and her red scimitar will also disappear when she dies.

P.S. This was in my opinion the best event yet!
