『正面思考』，為成功找方法，不要為失敗找藉口。

三觀包含客觀、微觀與宏觀。
客觀才能消除自我意識與偏見，把事情真正看懂。
微觀才能把事情看清楚，把它看準。
宏觀才能高瞻遠矚，把事情看遠。

四識包含知識、常識、見識與膽識。
有知識才有力量，才能產生效益，因應知識經濟時代，不但要具備有經濟效益的知識，還要懂得運用知識創造出經濟效益。
有常識才懂生活與人情道理，才能做好生活管理與人際互動關係，進而提昇人文素養。
見識才能有判斷是非能力，做出正確決擇。
有膽識才能主導勇氣，要的敢爭取，不要的敢拒絕。

孔武有力的人，可以搬開擋路的石頭；
力氣不夠的人，可以從旁邊繞過去，
總之，不要讓自己碰壁。
