Subject: new fairy type....????

Hey. Not sure who I should be asking about this but... I would like to put in a request for a new fairy type. An Ice Fairy. Here is what I have for them. I'm open to any changes or modifications in the stats or what ever. If this is approved I also made up a character for this type on the joining board. Thankies.

Fairy Type: Ice Fairy
-Appearance-
Skin-Normally their skin color is a pale blue color or an extremely pale white.
Hair-Hair ranges from white, to a bluish tint, to a pale blonde.
Wings-Wings are generally either a clear (dragon fly type wings,) white, blue or any combination of the three.
Eyes-Typically blue in color but a few have been other colors.
-Powers-
Ice fairies tend to have chilling powers. They can make things cold with a simple touch being it purposely or accidental. So cold in fact that they can freeze things. So beware and try not to get to close to them. They generally try to cover their hands so that if the accidantally touch another they don't give them a chill. Like Jack Frost (you've heard of him right) they are the reasons for frost on window panes and everything else.
