Is it time, friend? Questioned the heart of the strange, half human female. Only her friend Jade could hear such thoughts.
She was quite near, yet quite far. In her arms was the precious newborn, Wakara, who was Addie�s only reason to live. Fingertips touched face of the child as it slept peacefully on into the warm day. Amethyst eyes look upon the group that was only a little ways off, out of hearing range. She stayed in the safety of a tree�s loaming shadows and watched them. Was the wedding soon? She waited to hear the thoughts of Jade, awaited to hear the time, awaited her leave for she was restless. There was no place in this world or any world for her. But she is still searching anyway.
