.:.A wretched cry echoed throughout the land. Birds flew out of trees and screeched into the air, both frightened and irritated by the heart-aching sound. Another scream is unleashed and a rabbit scurries into his burrow. It sounded as if someone was in great pain.

And she was! Eight and half months with child, the young soon mother-to-be was upon her back on the grass in intense pain. Her water had broken and contractions had come some time ago and were not far apart now. In fact... it was time. Adelina screamed again in pain. "CHAR!" She screamed for her departed husband. He could not come. She was alone.

Her neck, forehead, and white hair were soaking in sweat. It ran with tears down her white face. And her purple eyes were pale and wide open as she stared up at the sky. She laid puffing and groaning and screaming in horrible pain. It was time and there seemed to be no one around! "CHAR!" Deer scampered into the woods at the howl. The child was coming! The child was coming! Help?!.:.

(I wanted to start this now instead of later because later I won't have time with all the studying I have to do! So... sorry. Anyhoo... here we go!)
