Date Posted: 05:18:47 10/23/08 Thu The Scottish Ambulance Service has introduced a fleet of nine motorcycle paramedics to beat congestion and improve response times. The bikes – stationed in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Paisley, Fife, Lanarkshire and Edinburgh – will carry basic medical equipment. Normal ambulances will provide backup and take the injured to hospital.
