Bajaj said KTM will provide the technical knowledge for joint development of a range of water-cooled 4 stroke 125 and 250 cc engines. Bajaj will take over the distribution of KTM in India and other parts of Southeast Asia. Earlier market rumours stated Bajaj were interested in buying either Triumph or Ducati.
