Aside from increasing bike parking capacity, residents will see the introduction of the first secure lockable bays for permit holders. All new permit bays are fitted with ground anchors to deter theft, and offer peace of mind to residents The changes have been implemented following a 120 per cent rise of motorcycle permit holders in the Royal Borough since 2000.
