A bike which is neither good at one thing or another." But Oli, the whole point to shapeshifting is to minimize the compromise. Altering wheelbase, rake, trail, etc is very handy, especially on-the-fly.. You say 2. "It doesn't change its tyres - and it cannot change its weight." But Oli it comes with three sets so wheels that can be removed and mounted in a very short time with the one nut and 5 pin mount. Weight ? The 750 is 400 lbs. That is 180 kg We are talking of licensing the frame to an Asian group for smaller ligher bikes (500 cc and under) You say .... "21" front wheels at high speed have too much gyro forces to allow quick turns" Yet 21 inch is what is prefered for off-road where quick turning is prefered. Many cruising bikes also offer 21 inch kits. Keep in mind that this bike is first off-road. Horse trails and logging roads. Just because it looks good stretches out, don't confuse it with a road-bike. You finally mention the "Big seat". The bike is smaller than you realize. The seat is only 12 inches wide at it's widest point. The bike's frame is only 10 inches wide. (25.4 cm). Want to compare that with a big wide KTM ? Compromise ?
