Matthew Priestley, 16, was marched to a secluded bridge near woodland and forced to hand over his bike. Matthew said: “The bike chain had snapped, that's why I couldn't ride away. One of them took it and said I would have the chain wrapped around my head if I didn't do what he told me. I was scared and I thought he was going to beat me up, take my bike or both. I'm gutted and annoyed they took the bike, I'd only had it about six days.” The mini scrambler, which the teenager believes is the only one of its kind in Portsmouth, has since been spotted in Buckland. PC Helen Gover, from Cosham police station, said: “Although it is more than possible that the bike is not in the possession of the men who initially stole it, we have information that it is being used locally.” If anyone has any information, please contact Portsmouth police.
