The idea is that the racers quit racing and help catch the bag-snatch robbers who are a major problem on the streets of Kuala Lumpur. The bag-snatchers use small-capacity scooters and the plan is for the racers to use their skills to catch them . "Once they catch at least 30 snatch thieves, we will reward them with a motorcycle each as an incentive," Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim, head of the party's junior wing said "Instead of wasting their time, they might as well help police combat crime."
