Subject: Little Chef logo must stay

 Little Chef – the stopping off point for many a biker out on a ride – may be sold once again. The Benetton family (via their motorway services ‘Autogrill’ arm) are said to be amongst a raft of potential suitors.

Whoever bids for the troubled catering outfit, the parent company has stipulated that the “Fat Charlie” logo must be retained, along with the Little Chef name.

Little Chef were bought out of administration in January. Since then there have been attempts to modernise the brand, including asking 3-Michelin-Star Chef Heston Blumenthal to design a new menu.
