Date Posted: 12:12:37 06/23/06 Fri In reply to: Bob 's message, "Edinburgh’s first motorbike ambulance enters service" on 07:41:59 06/17/06 Sat We had one here in Plymouth until recently,original medic just retired and havn`t heard of a replacement.Bloke used to ride a Triumph of some kind,dont know what model because it was heavily modded and at a quick look only the tank badge gave away the make.Guy was demon rider as well,he overtook me twice,once in the city when I was hiking and thought it was a police bike,the other time out on a twist B road,very,very skilled rider.Apparently he met his wife when he was first on the scene of a car wreck,literally saved her life,good film in that somewhere but please god not made in Hollywood.
