I happen to love swimming, but don't own a pool and aren't really crashed on public pools - not to mention, the only pool in this town belongs to a health club, who charge through the nose for membership. They closed down the public one, because too many natives were using it as their once-a-year bath and no one capable of getting a tan was willing to go there anymore.

Walking works for me. The soft sand is not only a killer workout, but doesn't stress my knees at all.

As for the video.....well.......this particular video is one of the very first of it's kind and is over twenty years old. My mother bought it when I was about three. *g* It�s actually very good, as far as low-impact videos go, just not if you have pre-existing injuries. And Perky Patty, with her pink floral leotards and orange lipstick is worth the experience. *eg*
