Subject: Summer Solstice celebrations

Hi, I plan on celebrating the Solstice by taking a friend to an escarpment with views to the east and over Sydney (about 80kms distant) before dawn.

I am doing this to celebrate the beauty of nature and the change of seasons. While I couldn't describe myself as a Pagan, I respect the beliefs of my ancestors.

Would anyone be kind enough to suggest a simple ritual we could enact or a recitation to be quoted as the sun rises.

Failing this we shall meditate and share a glass of mead.

thanks
-David
