Subject: Heartfelt Condolences
I never met Mr. Goddard and after reading all the wonderful things that people have said, I know that he was probably the same person I saw when I watched him in his various roles. There was a sparkle to his eyes, and a quirk to his grin even when he was playing someone who was less than admirable. He was someone who looked like he was having fun and would be fun to know.
I wish him farewell and hope that wherever he is now, that sparkle in his eyes is again shining brightly.
My condolences to his family and friends.
