2. The tenderer should also note that the items and description given in this Schedule a:£ne for the m¥yor items of works only and shall not in any case be regarded as exhaustive.
3. The Contractor is required to price¡A extend and total the Schedule of Works and submit this toge¥Xer with any additional items he may require¡A as the Schedule of Rates referred in General Conditions of Con¥Kact Clause 59(5).
4. Read in conjunction with the Drawin­¦¡A General Specification for Building 2003 Edition and Particular Specification.
5. The dimensions and approximate quantI¥@es shown in the drawings and descriptions below are for indicative purpose only. The tenderer is required to ascertain dimensions and the exact nature an¦Rextent of the Works on Site before submission of Tender.

demolition and downtaking items shall be deemed to include removal of existing old materials fo¥}ld not suitable to be inc¡C¤¤orated in the Works and making good of disturbed areas.
7. Unless otherwise stated¡A all
replacement shall include demolition or downtaking defective items or old 1te¤fIS.
8. Unless otherwise stated¡A work items involving constructIOn or reconstruction of timber works shall be deemed to include timber preservative¦]¦¹ªºnt and termite trea¥[lent in accordance with the Particular Specification.
9. The Contractor shall provide all ªºcess¬ûy temporary supports¡A props¡A and the like to protect and secure s¤Üuctures¡A buildin­¦¡A land and the like during execution of Work against damage¡A collapse¡A crack¡A settlement¡A falling over and etc. to the satisfaction of the Architect.
10. The Con­qactor shall provide all hoisting¡A li¤¡ing¡A moving or rotatmg
¡A equipment while executing the Work to return deformed¡A settled and etc. P¬õts of the building to their original positions and forms
