2. The tenderer should also note that the items and description given in this Schedule a:τe for the m句or items of works only and shall not in any case be regarded as exhaustive.
3. The Contractor is required to price， extend and total the Schedule of Works and submit this toge出er with any additional items he may require， as the Schedule of Rates referred in General Conditions of Con仕act Clause 59(5).
4. Read in conjunction with the Drawin郎， General Specification for Building 2003 Edition and Particular Specification.
5. The dimensions and approximate quantI世es shown in the drawings and descriptions below are for indicative purpose only. The tenderer is required to ascertain dimensions and the exact nature an吐extent of the Works on Site before submission of Tender.
