Subject: Short Form Care Plan

I have made the Short-form Nursing Care Plan that we have to use in MedSurg. It is a Word document and it saves you from having to write out your care plans by hand. Anyone who would like the form can e-mail either me or Lisa and we will send it back to you via e-mail, then just download the form onto your computer or disk and retrieve it in Word. Just one more note, it is printed on 8 1/2 x 14 inch (legal size) paper which you can pick up at any office supply store. It also has a second page that you can type your med and lab data in and to print that on the same piece of paper, just put the printed care upside in your printer.
