- WOW! It hurst when you dont win doesnt it? SO that means the director is crooked right? I disagree. The pageatn did take a long time last year but most contestants in her pageants wait to enter at the door so she doesnt ever know her real numbers until that day. She fixed that problem this year. - I enjoy Janices pageants and I do not think they are "unorganized" as someone posted. She allows the contestants a bit of flexibility in changing and getting ready for their next event. When each contestant does all the events it is obviously going to be lengthy. But if you arent down there right when its your tiime to go she will allow you a few more minutesd to get there.It may be a bit of an inconvenience to someone else but to the mom that paid all that money to compete it is a blessing! As for the slanderous Christian remarks you will have to deal with God Almighty himself on that one. Dont be too quick to judge-No person is perfect and being a Christian does not change that. - Okay now lets be fair if you sned in your entry form and deposit Janice sends you a sheet with all the EXTRA events on it. Yes it is way more than $165.00 but ofcourse it is a ploy to get peoples attention! Isn't that why directors direct? To make money. Have you ever organized and put on a pageant? It takes some work. But Janice will not lie to you about the cost if you ask! All pageants have added stuff at the door. Just know that hers always has $175 at the door added. And btw to the lady who said the judges werent professional! Have you ever been judged by Tim Arrington?He is an awesome judge and calls 'em like he sees 'em. He has judged for Janice several times along with his sister. Everybody has an opinion and alot of moms have blinders on when it comes to their child winning. They cant see the mistakes in their child but can pick apart another child in a second. I just learned my lesson! You can trust noone when it comes to pageants! A friend (or who I thought was my friend) has been bashing my 2 year old daughter! Believe me people only act like they are your friends to your face and as soon as you turn your back they run their mouth. I dont need to post your name because you know who you are. - You are not alone!! Pageants tend to bring out the worst in most. From so called friends, to hair and makeup artist to anyone else involved. If you don't like JB, well just don't go. You people talk about her giving pageants a bad rap,, well,, what do you think you all are doing? Condemning and pointing fingers. There must be numerous people who do like her and her system, because like you said... she DOES get the big turnouts. As far as her being a christian, even christians sometimes make mistakes. They aren't perfect. I haven't always agreed with all of the winners, but anytime you have more than one person judging, you will get different opinions. Last but not least,, her winners seem to win at other pageant systems also. otherwise you wouldn't have big names. GIVE THE LADY A BREAK
