Well, I wouldn't say "fluently" (that's a relative term anyway!), but I studied it for three years in college, plus about six weeks in Germany. So my German is hardly perfect either ... don't get much practice using it or hearing it these days, unfortunately.

Don't we all wish we could be younger? ;-) (Well, let's see, I'm old enough to have been visiting this chatboard since 1999--I seem to be the last of the original crowd!--and to have first seen him at age 17 in "Time After Time" on the big screen! I've been smitten ever since.) Anyway, he can always be any age (above 22) that you want him to be; just pop in one of his movies from your desired year, and, voilá, le homme de ręve! (No, I only speak a teeny bit of French. Thanks to Cinephilia!) My perfect era would be anything from the 1970s! But he's still dreamy even today. :-)
