BIG OCTOBER
OUTLAW 10.5 RACE
OCTOBER 25TH & 26TH

Macon National Dragway has decided to re-capture our original date at the end of October for our Fifth Annual Big Outlaw 10.5 Race. We felt that the date had been established year after year for the past five years and we wanted to stick with that date.

This will give us time to put together a Great Racing Program

In addition to the normal $10,000 First Prize - the following Four Racers will be eligible to run for $15,000 as part of a re-run of last years' rain out.

They are: Mike Hill Jack Barfield

Rob Hale Freddie Davis

$15,000 CONTENDERS

These racers are the ones who qualified to run for $15,000 during last years races because they never missed an Outlaw Race during the regular 2002 season - and this was part of the BONUS that was to be paid during the 2002 racing season

Next years season of 2004 will provide the same BONUS to all Outlaw Racers who don't miss a race during the regular season

THE DATE FOR THE BIG OCTOBER RACE IS

OUTLAWRACING.COM HAS TEAMED UP WITH MACON NATIONAL DRAGWAY IN OCTOBER TO BRING RACERS AND FANS A RACE TO END THE YEAR. A RACE THAT WE WILL ALL REMEMBER TILL THE 2004 SEASON BEGINS. WE HAVE JOINED FORCES TO BRING BACK TO YOU THE MACON THAT WE ALL REMEMBERED IT TO BE IN OCTOBER . MACAON NATIONAL DRAGWAY, WELL KNOWN AS THE BIRTH PLACE OF 10.5 OUTLAW RACING, FOR YEARS HAS HAD A GREAT SHOW IN OCTOBER. THIS IS THE PLACE WHERE I SAW MY FIRST OUTLAW CAR GO DOWN THE TRACK DOING A WHEELSTAND FOR THE FIRST 100 FEET OF THE TRACK . NEEDLESS TO SAY, AS SOME OF YOU KNOW ME, I WAS HOOKED. THIS IS THE OUTLAWRACING I REMEMBER AND IS WHAT HAS DRIVEN ME FULL CIRCLE TO THE POINT I AM TODAY. OUTLAWRACING.COM WAS THRILLED AT THE GREAT CHANCE TO DO SOMETHING WITH A OUTLAW 10.5 RACE IN MACON. OCTOBER 1996 WAS THE FIRST YEAR I SAW A RACE IN MACON AND MY FIRST OUTLAW CAR GO DOWN THE TRACK . I CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT IT MEANS TO ME, NOW IN 2003, TO NOW HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A HAND IN PRESENTING A RACE EVEN GREATER THAN THE ONES BEFORE.I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE EACH RACER AND FAN TO BE IN MACON FOR THIS OCTOBER'S RACE, TO JOIN THE TRADITION MACON DRAGWAY STARTED. IF ONE FAN ON THE FENCE GETS WHAT I GOT THE FIRST TIME I WAS ON THAT FENCE OUTLAWRACING.COM WILL HAVE DONE ITS JOB AND I WILL GO HOME HAPPY.
