Subject: Dream Author: Kristine [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 17:32:29 07/12/03 Sat Ok.. I might sound really foolish but this did happen to me. Ok well in my freshman year in highschool I didnt have a date to the homecoming dance so my friend set me up with this guy that she had known for a while in another city. So me and her went skating so that I could meet this guy the night before the dance. Me and him had talked on the phone a few times and he didnt seem at all like I had imagined. But we got along ok and everything but he was acting a little off. So anyways I went home that night and went to bed. At some point while I was asleep I dreamt that he had sat me down on three different occasions and told me that he had a girl friend. Everytime I was freaked out and stormed off. So it was the night of the Dance and I was looking all pretty and nice and everything like that and so I headed off to the dance and about two hours of him acting a little off, me and him were getting along ok and he introduced me to a girl from his school who was somone elses date he sat me down because I kept on asking him what was wrong and he told me that that girl he had introduced me to was his girlfriend. It phased me at the time but then I remebered my dreams. It was awsome. I also dont know if this counts as being psychic or anything but one day I went to this concert thing at a community center (it wasnt big just a few local bands) and I was really bummed bc the guy Im in love with and I had just had a big fight (and we still are fighting) but I was really sad and my friend was making out with this guy that I had just started to flirt with a little and I was really pissed off so I went off to sit alone like 30 feet away on a cement basketball court and I was crying and just feeling like shit. I sat there looking up at the clouds and making a circle around myself because there was dirt around me and I was like "just fucking open up the clouds and let rain pour upon me..." and so it did. When I was young - about 14 years old, I had a dream about meeting someone in the pool at my building. There was nothing spectacular about the dream, it's just that I dreamt every detail of what she would be wearing, right down to the colour of the ponytail elastic in her hair. Then, a few months ago, I had a dream about a submarine sinking. In the dream, I was part of the crew of the submarine. It seemed like the submarine was cracked open, and I watched as it filled with water, and people drowned. I felt the fear as I was about to drown too, and everything. It felt real. The next day, I saw on the news that somewhere in europe (I think it was near russia), a submarine sank the night before. I have been doing psychic exercises, and am to the point now where I can see the earth's energy if I look up into the sky. It looks like little tiny gray balls that appear suddenly, race around making a squiggly line, and then disappear. I can't see auras, but I stopped doing the exercises a few months ago. I am trying to rely both on my instincts and logic. I am not sure if this is the right way but I will find out soon enough. On dream I had once was about my great uncle. I was in a car with him and a woman I never met before was driving. I was in the back seat, behind the passanger seat, and there was a dark figure next to me behind the woman driving. We want to a business that my great Aunt, his wife, spent a fair amount of time at. He got out of the car and I followed him. He lloked at my Aunt and said he had to go. He got back in the car and the car left. I stayed there with my Aunt. He wasn't ill at the time of the dream. A few months later he got sick and shortley after that he died. I was out of state at the time. I talked with a family member and told them about the dream and the woman driving. I gave a pretty good description of her and I was told that My Uncle had a sister who was dead and that it sounded like her. The dark figure has appeared to me in other dreams concerning death or illness. Its like a shadow figure. Not good or bad. But I can never make out any details. The figure doesn't scare me at all. Another time me and a friend where at an old house at night, not to late around 11 or 11pm. We both looked up at the house and in the attic window we saw a glowing whit figure. There was no light around. No street lights, no moon, no back ground light at all. We both looked at each other and then took off, quickly. lol. I understand more now. I wouldn't run but I was a kid at the time and didn't understand a lot about this. I wish we would have stayed or gone in. I wonder if we could have communicated with her. We are trained as we grow up to ignore these things. Pretend that they cannot happen or don't exist. Well they do. Sometimes situations and dream can be explained by societies logic, other times it can't. We are neither crazy or misguided. These things happen and anyone that says they don't are......
