If you go over to the BBC Proms messageboard http://www.bbc.co.uk/cgi-perl/h2/h2.cgi?state=threads&board=radio3.proms05&sort=T&offset=25 you should see a thread entitled "The Last Night". This contains quite a bit of discussion of the arrangements. Be aware though that there are fewr tickets than normal available for this concert, as the majority are sold in advance to those Prommers who have already been to six concerts, and half-season ticket holders (full-season have automatic admission).
