 Come on folks. This has happened before, one year when Colin Davies was conducting - there was an enormous fuss because everyone thought Rule Britannia! was to be missed out and, whaddya know, it turned up as the closing sequence of the Wood Fantasia. The BBC's Proms site only says that the Sargent version won't be included. It's probably deliberately ambiguous in order to generate a bit of publicity.
