Hello all
I have no idea what the official line is here on selling tickets so please forgive me if it is not allowed and I completely understand if this message is removed. I'm just in a bit of a pickle.
And before I'm completely flamed, yes I do realise that this is for promenaders and as such you wouldn't normally be interested in these seats - it's just in case you know someone who does! :-) I usually promenade myself - I was just trying to keep my friend happy, then he goes and breaks his leg and can't go anyway!!! So, for that reason I now have three tickets available for Prom No 2 - 'the Nation's Favourite
Prom'. (Saturday 19th July, 7pm.)
Seats are Choir East, Row 8, nos 16, 17 and 18.
Programme includes:
Berlioz (Hungarain March - Damnation of Faust); Prokofiev (Peter and
the Wolf); Walton (Facade); Vaughan Williams (The Lark Ascending);
Britten (Folk Song arrangements); Khachaturian (Spartacus Suite No.2)
and arias and duets chosen by public poll.
Performers are Rosemary Joshua (sop), John Mark Ainsley (tenor),
Janine Jansen (violin), David Attenborough (narrator) with BBC Concert
Orchestra conducted by Barry Wordsworth.

Genuine sale because of my friend's broken leg (no sympathy for him frankly - if he will insist on playing on bouncy castles at his age...) and we are unable to attend.
Face value of tickets are £15 each. Will accept offers up to and
including £15 but I will NOT sell for more than they are worth.
Please email me on djswansea@yahoo.co.uk by 3.30pm on Thursday 17th
July if interested. For the best and/or earliest offer I receive I will
endeavour to send the tickets on by special delivery (£3.75 to be
charged to purchaser) by noon on Friday on Friday 18th July.
Again webmaster - huge apologies if this is not allowed. I quite understand if it isn't and you need to remove my post.
*Have a good season folks - I'll miss it!*
