 I would have missed this sour little gem from Mr Pollard without the alert above. Have just been told Lebrecht's current spasm is/was in the Standard but haven't found it online yet - what is the 15 minutes supposed to be for, I wonder?
I know exactly what Martin means when he talks about one area of the hall being no better or worse than another. But in my experience a Prommer is more likely to take another Arena dweller to task for anti-social behaviour in a few well chosen words, whereas an inhabitant of the stalls suffering from a boorish neighbour is likely to suffer in silence.
