One Prom Short of a Season will be shown on BBC Four on Sun 21 August at 7.30 p.m. As far as I was aware, there will be no Prom on Sun 21 August this year.

I did catch it on Sun 21 July, however, and it brought back many happy memories of Proms relays over the years — especially Dame Gwyneth and her shield with the words to Rule Britannia pasted on the inside.
