Lee, I wonder if its your connection that's at fault. Although I have not as yet installed broadband, I have a fast connection where I am yet still have slow connections to each post, but only in the evening. It makes it tiresome, especially if your in a hurry, to open up each post, hence my suggestion.
I am pasting here my very hasty and inadequate effort to gather some data in one place and in one post. Please accept that I had not got the time to "properly" edit it but have tried where necessary to insert the word "possible" before a date where the poster was uncertain. I "may" not have done that properly in my haste so please all, change where necessary but remember for the system to work, each new "rumour" must be added to the list which will be the latest post in the "Rumour Register".
Perhaps you should start a new thread with that title, over to you and apologies for the length of this post.

The New London Chamber Choir will do a concert of Xenakis and the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields will premiere Mark O'Connor's Concerto for Violin and Orch with the composer as soloist.

Glyndebourne have announced that Tristan und Isolde will be broadcast on Radio 3 on 7 June and Idomeneo on 5 July. (Glyndebourne Prom in 2004 could be Zauberflote)
