The Scottish NYO concert on 6 August will be conducted by Martyn Brabbins and will also include Comedy of Errors by Cole and Elgar S2.

I'm sure we all thought Les Troyens would be performed - 25 August with the LSO (most likely under Sir Colin) - Ben Heppner is one of the soloists.

Benvenuto Cellini on 17 August with Norrington - Bruce Ford singing Cellini.

5 September - BBC Commission of 5 Motets by Robert Saxton performed by The Clerks' Group directed by Edward Wickham (sounds like a late-night one to me).

And two chamber concerts:

21 July - Galliard Ensemble perform works by Ligeti, Debussy, Britten & Farkas;

1 September - Steven Isserlis performs Robert Saxton's Sonata for Solo Cello [sic] on a Theme of Sir William Wilton [sic].
