Considering Simon's experience, this sounds ominous if, like me, you've ordered seats and a season on the one form. Especially as I got an e-mail announcing that telephone booking has opened. Maybe next year I'll have to get two Proms guides, one for the season ticket application and one for the seats, bizarre and seemingly unneccessary as that might appear.
