It can be found (along with instructions) at: http://ruah.dyndns.org/~cpcallen/src/proms-listing/ Note that at the moment actually getting listings onto one's Palm is a bit tricky, requiring (unix-specific) PilotManager and SyncXML, but that this program may be a useful place to start if you're a Perl hacker and would like to be able to download concert listings automatically.
